Shipping & returns

  • We currently ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Most orders are shipped using their Priority Mail service, which typically guarantees 1-3 day shipping under normal circumstances (also based on distance). You will receive an automated email from us (via Endicia/Stamps.com) when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

    Currently, it takes us about 1-2 business days to process orders with products that are in stock. If there are back orders or if we have some items out of stock, it might take longer. We will notify you if a shipment will be sent out in parts. If so, we will cover the shipping of the backordered item(s).

  • For International shipping, we typically ship using the USPS Priority International Mail service. Our flat rate cost is $27.95; however, your order could end up costing more. If it does, we will charge the difference to your card with your approval. If the difference is very small, we may, at our discretion, consume the difference for your convenience. We realize no one likes to pay for shipping, but it is a service we are grateful to have!

  • For Physical Products

    If you would like to return a purchased physical product for a refund or product credit, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the products’ original packaging and must be in a new, unused condition. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For returns to be processed, it has to be disclosed to us and shipped within 15 days of receipt. Any return shipped from the 15th to the 30th day will incur a restocking fee of 15% from the total order. We are not able to refund you the shipping charges.

    If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, you must take and send us photos of the damaged item immediately upon receipt. Whether or not we accept the return or issue a product credit is at the sole discretion of Tao Holistics.

    Digital Products & Services

    Due to the digital nature of content being immediately available upon purchase, there are no refunds offered. Digital products include but are not limited to: online courses, downloadable or printable resources, guides, e-books, etc. Extenuating circumstances are considered at our discretion.

    For consultative services, once payment is made for booking, fees are non-refundable; however, may be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. The service must be rendered within 6 months.
