From the time I gave away my first skincare samples to friends and family, I have been obsessed with natural healing. I also had no idea the types of opportunities I’d experience. Having struggled with chronic eczema, autoimmune thyroiditis, adrenal dysfunction, severe gluten intolerance and more at one point in my life, I have dedicated my life to studying medicinal plants, nutrients, and the body - while consciously crafting herbal medicines to help heal the body, mind and spirit. I am living proof that the body can reverse conditions and return to a state of balance and incredible vitality. What I have grown to realize is that we are all biochemically unique, so I write health protocols and create formulas for people based on their unique needs.
